Where is the Fort Lauderdale Christmas Pageant?
All performances are held in the Worship Center of First Baptist Church of Fort Lauderdale. The “Directions” link to your left provides a map to the church.

How can I purchase tickets to the Fort Lauderdale Christmas Pageant?
You can purchase tickets through our Online Ticket Website or by coming to the box office one hour prior to performance time. For the 2008 Pageant, you'll be able to purchase tickets through mail order as well as online. Ticketing begins in September. To request our advance mailing, please email your name, address, and daytime phone to the Christmas Pageant Office.

Is it reserved seating?
Yes, all seats are reserved.

Are there refunds or exchanges for tickets?
We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your ticket(s) for some reason, we suggest that you find someone to give your tickets to or donate them back to the church. Donated tickets can be turned in at the Pageant Box Office.

What happens if my tickets are lost or misplaced in the mail?
Tickets may be re-printed and mailed, if time permits, or picked up at our Pageant Box Office. To report your tickets lost, please contact the Office at (954) 831-1145.

Is wheelchair seating available?
Yes, wheelchair seating is available through our mail order system or by calling our ticket office at (954) 831-1145. Only the Main Floor area can accommodate wheelchairs.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
Yes. No children under the age of 4 will be admitted due to the length and activity of the production. Every person and child in attendance must have a purchased ticket for admission. There is no special pricing for children.

Is there nursery or childcare available for performances?
We do not provide childcare services available for patrons.

Is there a discount available for groups?
We do not offer a discount for groups.

Is there a discount available for Senior Citizens?
We do not offer a discount for senior citizens.

Am I allowed to photograph or videotape the live performance?
No. We do not allow cameras of any kind in the Worship Center. The flashes from camera, as well as the power/recording lights on video cameras are distracting and can be dangerous for the performers and live animals participating in the production. Further, music licensing requirements make recording the performance an illegal act. A videotape of last year’s performance is available for purchase through our online store.

Are the Pageants translated into other languages?
We do not offer a live translation, but our videos are translated into several different languages by host nations.
